The development partnership „Better training and job chances for hearing-impaired young people “(DE-XB4-76051-20-20/358), represented by the RWTÜV Akademie, Essen, developed optimized application strategies for the target group of hearing-impaired young people for rare apprentice positions and jobs. These are to be put thereby into the position to deal with existing reservations and receive positive argumentation assistance for making clear their special abilities. These efforts are supported by the structure and the increasing steadiness of a firm network. One particularly for the interests of the target group customized Internet platform serves themselves as medium for information, empiric reports and firm contacts and its content is maintained by the participating young people.
